Thanks for adding CNET. I know that there are a lot of good comanies that are missing from the map. It’s a community map, so everyone feel free to add your company to the map.

This is extremely interesting, I had no idea all of these companies were so close. Nice work!

Yeah, quite a few of the small new Web 2.0 companies are clustered in the area near SBC park. I know that there are others that I’m missing. I’ll add more when I have some time.

Man I wish I could work at one of those companies. I’m stuck in a place called “financial services world” in the midwest/Chicago area.

Thanks for doing this – it makes job hunting far easier ;) In all seriousness, maybe a separate list for SF Bay Area design firms might be a good idea, too…

Thanks for the feedback rmm. I’m going to pass along a feature request to the wayfaring guys to be able to filter map “waypoints” by tag. That way, we could tag design firms with a tag – e.g. “designfirm”. If you filter the map by that tag, only the design firms would show up.

Really cool idea.
