Description

Barnhill is the name of the farm where George Orwell (Eric Blair) wrote “1984.” It may be leased from the descendants of the Fletcher family who leased it to Orwell. Otherwise, you may hike out to the house (but maintain a respectable distance from the farmhouuse unless you obtain prior permission).
