This South Indian place is more expensive than the usual Indian places that I like to go to, but it’s worth it. The food is so much fun! Dosa are crepe-like flat breads that are accompanied by various fillings, dips, and sauces, either on the side or filling the crepe. They also have “snacks” which include lentil dumplings. They don’t take reservations for groups smaller than 5 people, and it can get pretty crowded. Typical waits are 45-50 min on weekends. But you can put your name down and walk down Valencia to 19th St or so and get Indian ice cream while you wait. Or any number of other snacks in the Mission. Nice casual.
