This is the “Tan” in Long Tan. Long means Dragon and Tan means lake – thus Dragon Lake. And guess what’s in the lake – Right a big Temple. And on this corner is the best shim bao ever – EVER! A shim bao is a baked (yes baked, not steamed) meat dumpling. My commonwealth friends love it!.. and so do I
