CREATIVE CONVERSATIONS TAKING STOCK: CONNECTING THE DOTS

(Seattle, WA) The Creative Conversations are a collaborative initiative organized by emerging arts leaders from 4Culture, the Mayor%u2019s Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, the City of Bellevue, Shunpike, the Capitol Hill Arts Center, and the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center. Focused on critical arts and cultural issues, the information-based forums provide opportunities for emerging leaders to interface with the professionals that have helped build the foundation for arts in the Puget Sound region. These local conversations are connected to the Emerging Arts Leaders Network coordinated by Americans for the Arts.

The 2006/2007 Emerging Arts Leaders Creative Conversations series culminates at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center on Wednesday, October 10th at 6pm with Taking Stock: Connecting the Dots, a presentation of opportunity-focused findings from the year of conversations and a screening of NonFiction Media%u2019s dynamic documentary of the same name which chronicles the series.
