Investing in Emerging Arts Leaders – Professional Development Matters Join us for an informal opportunity to explore potential professional development opportunities for emerging arts leaders in Los Angeles! Attendees will have an opportunity convene in two of three small facilitated groups including:

• Value/potential of an arts mentorship program
• Involvement/recruitment of the next generation of board members at nonprofit arts organizations
• General discussion about your own individual leadership needs/goals

After the program, attendees can visit the Japanese American National Museum and/or join peers for more networking and socializing. This is not a presentation, panel, or workshop. The conversation is generated by those who attend and their ideas. Victoria Saunders (Arts Management Consultant) will facilitate the Creative Conversation
