Willow, Alaska, is the gateway to the vast Susitna River valley. The valley includes Willow Creek, Montana Creek, Clear Creek and other tributaries. The region is known for superb rainbow trout fishing, as well as grayling and dolly varden. This is one of the more accessible of Alaska’s many great fly fishing regions, just north of Anchorage on good highways.
