ICARDA is the international center for Research in Dry Areas. It is located along the Damascus to Aleppo highway.

[I can’t find a reference map but the layout of the fields (much more Cartesian than most adjacent fields) suggests that this is the location. If someone with more local knowledge than I can help to improve the map, please relocate and revise.]
