Description

Kelly Point Park is the spot where the Willamette River flows into the Columbia River. The Columbia will travel another 100 or so miles to the Pacific Ocean. The explorers Lewis and Clark and their “Corps of Discovery” passed this spot on their way to the ocean about December of 1805, almost exactly 200 years ago.
