This is just barely indie nowadays. It has a lot of mainstream shows, but there are enough indie bands that play there. It has a wildly varying atmosphere depending on what is going on there any given night. It can be fairly indie if The Flaming Lips are there but decidedly not if Bonnie Raitt is there.
