Essential Baking Company: The dumpsters are a block away from the cafe. There are three dumpsters of “food waste”, and two “waste.” All contain good artisan breads and rolls. You will never be able to take all of it. There are literally three dumpsters of just bread.

UPDATE! The dumpsters have been moved to behind the cafe. This is more of a wide-open area, but the bread is still there. Reportedly there was a laminated sign for the dumpster divers telling where they’d been moved. Thanks Essential!
