In my opinion, this is no doubt the best ice cream in the city. Rich and flavorful and without other emulsifiers or thickeners or guar gum or whatever it is that other places use. They start with yummy tasting Straus organic milk. And then they have really great flavors – balsamic strawberry, roasted banana, honey lavender, and many others that change frequently. They do a good job reducing waste – non-disposable tasting spoons, everything else is compostable. If you’re anywhere near by, you have to stop by. It’s the best ice cream in the city after all!
