As far as directions go……..You go to Canadensis and take State Route 447 towards Analomink. A couple of miles down that roat there’s either a church or schoolhouse on a bluff on the left, at a curve in the road. Just beyond there’s a concrete bridge. That bridge crosses Stoney Run which marks the southern boundary of the property. If you are at the bridge you have passed the entrance to the property, which is just a little dirt track. As you are traveling along 447 the Broadhead will be on your right. When you see and hear the falls you are at the entrance. There should be nothing on the property except a partially destroyed, stone, fireplace at the foot of a huge oak tree and a concrete pier which anchored a suspension footbridge across the Broadhead. That bridge is long gone. The two best places to fish for trout are the pool below the falls and the riffs where Stony Run joins.
