Read the waypoint description at Chloe’s loft to see why we put her in Santa Monica. Bottom line, she escapes through the 7th & Fig Mall, in downtown LA, but the directions given by Edgar about her home’s distance from CTU and traffic patterns indicate she probably lives west of downtown LA and in direct proximity to some mall. Bottom-line, we made it up. Result is still the same. She would have the same time-reality problems at 7:am or so going from 7th & Fig to the Topanga tank farm, as she does going there from Santa Monica. If we locate further information about her home later in the day, we will of course move the loft around. That’s true of many of the Waypoints.
