This place is on the north side of the street with a chalkboard with Chinese characters on it out front. It’s another $1 for 5 dumpling place, except they make you get 10 for $2, at least if you only speak english. These dumplings are great though, especially if you think that the skins at Dumpling House are too thick. Plus, totally undiscovered as of 2005.
