I don’t know when they typically throw away their bread, but we saw them heading to their dumpster around 7p on a weekday. We asked the guy if we could take the bread before he threw it in their dumpster and he smiled and let us take what we wanted. We usually get take it from their brown dumpster on the corner of 59th and 24th that appears to be only bread so it is clean.
