I happen to live in the general area where this parking garage and the mall in the next location are located. First, as is correctly stated, no such intersection exists. Taking it a step further, no business area with buildings like that exists ANYWHERE on White Oak Avenue. But funnier than that is tracking the terrorists from this parking deck to the mall in the next scene. JAck and the terrorists drive away. The mall would supposedly be their immediate next destination. While they are on the road the folks at CTU are tracking them. At one point they state that the terrorists are heading west on Nordhoff and are just passing Sepulveda. Okay, heading west from Sepulveda on Nordhoff will in the real world take you to the mall in question. The only problem is that Sepulveda is a good way east of White Oak. So the terrorist left the parking garage and to reach the mall – which is west of them – they drive a good deal east to the point where they actually pass Sepulveda. THEN they turn around and have to backtrack all the way to White Oak and then drive even further after that to reach the mall. Either they had some extra stop to make or these are really dumb terrorists who got very lost very easily. My guess is the terrorist is one of those people who can only pee in his own home and so they had to head over to his house for a pee break before hitting the mall.
