The Montage is the archetypical late night Portland hipster grind. Though the cuisine tilts toward Louisiana, the white-clad, shouting and tattooed waiters fairly define the term “coolie.” The food is really pretty good, with a range of prices in the meat, vegetarian, and dessert sections of the menu. Open from 6pm to 4am except on Sundays, when it closes at 2am instead.
