Just east on Spring street from 11 Spring, 190 Bowery is the home of Jay Maisel. Its a former bank building, converted to a private home and photographic archive. Rumor (or press reports) has it that the ground floor contains a full sized basketball court. The sides of the building are home to a lot of street art.
