The Moose River flows along its rocky bed to form small rapids, quiet pools, and small waterfalls. Moose River Road was our intorduction to the Adirondak Preserve. The route was heavily forested with little human habitation. The only downside to this road is that it is chip-seal construction so it is a bit rough and slow.
