What was this area’s suggestion for dealing with the cold war? Nuke ’em!
The check in process of each place was sometimes unique to the place its self. We experienced hi-tech computerized check in, we had to produce photo i.d.., many different ways to check in. At the Northwoods General Store and Cedar Pond, I was handed a blank 3 X 5 index card with the instructions, “Here, fill this out.” I was worried it might have been some strange I.Q. test….
