Another park to shoot at and the main transportation hub to the top of the east village. You can always find some kind of protest or politcal outburst here and then return to consumerism by shopping across the street at Virgin Records and Circuit City.
Just east is where the Palladium used to be, now yet another dorm building for NYU. Sometimes on a walk by there on my way to the park I can almost smell poppers in the air – must be some gay ghosts hanging around.
