The food is good enough to match the amazing nighttime view. The dishes are all cooked perfectly except for being slightly on the salty side (for my tastes). Scallops… mmmm. The tea selection is very nice. People dress well here. It was a shock to a graduate student system, but I can pretend for one night once in a while that I can fit in with the “real” world.
