Hasegawa's Yakitori

Description

Locally known as the famous yakitori place, the bento here are delicious in every way. Also conveniently next to Lucky Pierrot, which often resulted in an existential crisis for me. My school ordered hundreds of their yakitori – actually bits of tasty pork alternating with chunks of scallion and a yummy sauce – for our school picnic raw, which we grilled at the park.

It’s also a convenience store restaurant, which means all the normal konbini things, sans gas that you would purchase in the US. I actually found a page that referenced the yakitori. Here it is, listed about halfway down the bottom under Hasegawa’s Store.

I’m going to steal the pic of the bento now, with the yummy nori and rice too.
