I know it’s silly to tag a bar whose name I’m unsure of, but it had a chalkboard with a menu on the sidewalk, which is why we stopped. And they had a beer garden out back. Two bars on Thomas Street with the given names do exist, and it may have been one of these, but I’m not 100% sure.
