Members of the Parliamentary Press Gallery may park in the three areas on the Parliamentary Precinct. It’s all first-come, first-served and the spots at “Archives” are where those who come last get served. It’s farthest away to everyones offices and involves a steep climb up the cliff that separates the Ottawa River from most of downtown Ottawa. It is so named because it is directly behind (and under) The National Archives Building.
