Hug Cellars is a small family owned winery specializing in limited production Syrah and Pinot Noir. Augie’s winemaking style is hedonistic, producing wines that are big and bold, rich and intense, while at the same time being complex and balanced.

Established in 1994 by C.I. (Augie) Hug and Raquel Mireles Rodriguez. Hug Cellars started conceptually during the mid 1980’s, while Augie was the chef of a small restaurant located in Northern California. Augie found that the union of food and wine came quite naturally to him, and it was during this time that he developed his love of wines.
