Pretty-Smith Vineyards&Winery was founded by Lisa Pretty and Victor Smith. When Lisa and Victor purchased the estate in the sunny September of 2000, they brought with them the legendary figure of Kokopelli. Within the hump of his back, Kokopelli carries seeds of plants and flowers. The music of his flute creates warmth for germination. The presence of his Spirit in the vineyard assures a continuing life of balance and harmony.

Picnicking on the lawns and redwood decks, visitors to the tasting room can marvel at kokopelli’s colorful handiwork roundabout. The Pretty-Smith wines they sip are vibrant paintings of beauty and strength.
