Proposed plans for the CalSTRS headquarters, with an estimated budget of $176 to $186 million, include:
A 14-story office tower, encompassing 400,000 gross square feet, designed to qualify for a LEED® Silver Certificate, by using the latest breakthroughs in building science and technology for sustainable, “green” construction. A five-level, covered parking structure providing more than 1,000 spaces and an additional 132 street-level parking spaces.
