In November 2005, DR Horton, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders entered into an Exclusive Right to Negotiate (ERN) with the County of Sacramento on their property at 8th & I streets. The project will provide nearly 300 residential units (flats and townhomes) ranging from 700 to 1,600 square feet and are expected to be priced from $350,000 to $675,000. The project will also include ground-floor retail, on-site parking, and approximately 35,000 square feet of office.
