On June 27, 2003, the Capitol Area Development Authority (CADA) selected two development teams to design and develop four key residential sites along 16th Street, between N and P Streets.

Site 1, a 0.88 acre parcel located at the northwest corner of 16th and N streets was assigned to a national firm, Lambert Development. The housing project will also incorporate parking and other neighborhood commercial or retail uses. Lambert is revising its feasibility based upon recent developments. The CADA Board will review a revised proposal in June 2006.
