The $500 million mixed-use development will include high-end residential and an InterContinental Hotel with a mall in the lower podium featuring premier retail and restaurant space.
Luxury condominiums offer resident amenities including a spa, fitness center, sun deck, concierge and valet service. The project will consist of two residential towers to be built simultaneously with 383 units in one tower and 464 in the other. The project started site demolition in November 2005.
