The Zeiden Properties project proposal focuses on preserving/restoring the existing buildings and facades on the 700 block of K Street to accommodate sgnificant ground-floor retail. One of the primary retail tenants for the project would be a flagship Z-Gallerie store. In addition to space being reserved for strong local businesses, Letters of Interest have been received from regional and national retail tenants such as Urban Outfitters, Firewood Café, American Apparel, Draper%u2019s and Damon%u2019s, Lucky Brand Dungarees, Sur La Table, and Pinkies Salons.
