10th and K Street Mall

Developers: David S. Taylor Int., CIM Group, St. Anton Partners, Cordano Company and Paragary’s Restaurant Group

The proposed “K Street Central” project includes multiple redevelopment projects for several parcels at the 10th and K intersection which will include retail and entertainment uses, residential and on-site parking.

The project’s first phase will include a restaurant and caberet theater on the southeast corner of 10th and K. The live-theater component and quality dining option will compliment the existing Crest Theater and expects to bring over 300,000 annual visitors to the area. The Theater will be managed by Music Circus and the restaurant will be a new casual dining concept for local Randy Paragary.

Additional phases will include ground floor retail with residential in the upper floors. Buildings will range from 60 to 150 feet with 6 to 14 floors.
