Railyards Canal District
The master plan anticipates 10,000 mixed-use housing units, including condominiums, lofts and town homes throughout the 240-acre Railyards project. In the northeast quadrant of the property, an urban canal will meander through the neighborhood, offering open space along the water where residents can gather to meet, eat and relax.
