Beaverhead National Forest
The campground, stretching 0.3 miles along Madison River, is located in an open,
level area between a heavily wooded hillside and the River. Each site has great
views of the river and mountain peaks. The trout fishing in Madison River is
outstanding.
From Ennis, MT, take US Rt. 287 south 33.2 miles to camp trailer symbol sign.
Bear right after sign and go 0.1 miles to the single lane Hutchinson bridge.
Continue across bridge to a “Y” intersection. Bear left onto dirt road and go
0.7 miles to campground.
