The creative drive has led me to explore a wide range of techniques and materials over the years. Currently in my jewelry designs, I enjoy blending organic materials with faceted gemstones, freshwater pears and ethnic silver pieces to create designs with an edgy sophistication.

My jewelry designs have sprung from my work in painting and textile design, having studied watercolors, drawing and surface design for over 15 years with Christine Mariotti and Lin Chun in Southern California. Being back in the South after many years has made some interesting shifts in my work.

My jewelry has been shown at The Ugi Gallery of Mexico, Gallerie Alegria in English Village, at the 2005 Montgomery Jubilee City Fest, at the Junior League of Birmingham The Market, at Birmingham Artwalk and The Birmingham Museum of Art Gift Shop.
