Sculpture

My approach to sculpture has always been rooted in the idea of ‘truth to the materials’. My bronze pieces tend to be organic, natural forms while the fabricated pieces utilize the flat planes, smooth lines and hard edges to convey the contemporary minimalism of the Man-made world. I sometimes combine these two methods of working into single pieces of sculpture in an effort to symbolize a balance between the Natural and Man-made worlds.
