Painting

I am a photographer and artist living in Trussville, Ala. My paintings and photographs have won awards at various shows, and my work was accepted into the Energen %u201CWonders of Alabama Art%u201D Show in 2005. My work is in private collections around the country. I am a member of Birmingham Art Association, Cahawba Art Club, and The Mountain Valley Art Council. I have had a show in the BAA Gallery in the Tutwiler Hotel. My work is in the acrylic medium, with subjects ranging from bold landscapes, sunsets, seascapes, and still life to organic florals. My work has evolved into large format (36×36, 30×40 and larger) to supply the expanding loft and condo market. My subjects are brightly rendered and may border on impressionistic.
