I spent a night here in Sep 2006 at the Novatel Hotel. It wasn’t bad considering the location. The rooms were air conditioned, there was TV service, and a toilet and shower/tub in the room. The shower/tub left a lot to be desired. I would equate it to maybe a 3 star hotel in the states. The restaurant had a descent buffet, again considering the location. I hear the Meridian Hotel in N’Djamena is much nicer.
