The Neptune Diner is the newest diner on the trip. Built in 2000 by Kullman, it kind of lacks a diner facade, a feel to the exterior, other than the materials. Inside there is good food, though for Oneonta, the prices are higher than average, due to the price-tag of this diner, most likely. But the food is good. They have a fish-tank built into the wall between the extra dining room and the main dining room.
