The East Greenbush Diner is a typical Greek environmental diner. The family has been in the diner business a long time, with relatives in the business down on Long Island. The owner moved up to the region because the diner business was too dangerous downstate, where he was. One side of the diner has had a fireplace added to it, to make it feel more homey. The other side has more of a diner feel to it. Good food. Plentiful hours,I believe open until 10pm each day.
