This late model Silk City replaced an older diner that burnt down, which was probably a Brill. For a long time, the diner was a popular late night destination, now it is a popular breakfast and lunch destination. They’ve added a bit more Elvis and Marilyn to the diner, but the good is good and people keep coming back, especially on the weekends.
