By order of the President, Jack is to be sacrificed to Fayed in exchange for information on Assad. Bill Buchanan and Curtis Manning tie Jack up a grate somewhere in a dried up portion (ie most of it) of the Los Angeles River Basin. Although we don’t know exactly where this is, we’ll take a guess by his other travels approximately where he was dropped off.
