Making use of our MetroLink passes yet again, we’ll travel to the landing at the Gateway Arch where we will board our riverboat beginning at 9:00 for a 2-1/2 hour narrated brunch cruise of the active port and Mississippi riverfront and their industries. A hearty brunch will be served.
Architectural Walking Tour 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Departing from the boat landing, guides from the Landmark Association of St. Louis, a conference co-sponsor, will introduce us to the finest examples of downtown architecture including the Gateway Arch, Louis Sullivan’s Wainwright Building, the city’s old financial district and a few wholesale garment buildings.
